Welcome to Atlanta, Ga
Id rather you be hyper vigilent then walking around looking up at the sky. Always be aware of your surroundings and the company that you keep. No matter where you go to beaware is to stay alive.
This applies to anywhere one might go , whether its Atlanta Ga, NewYork or a grocery store.
I dont want to make it seem like Atlanta,Ga is the only place on the map ,where one needs to practice vigilence, especially in these days and times.
Welcome To Atlanta, Ga.
ANY ONE COMING TO ATLANTA GA SEEKING EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES A REFERENCE FROM SOMEONE.
OTHERWISE YOU will USUALLY HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME attaining EMPLOYMENT.
This Disclaimer should be displayed for those entering Ga from every area, plane, car, train, bus. But no one tells you this. It is only after being in Atlanta for a few years, after I begin looking for employment did I start asking questions.
Everyone I spoke with stated the samething. I have even meet people who waited and continued to apply for jobs, which never called or followed up. Its frustrating grinding day , after day and no one ever shares this crucial information.
Most of these unsuspecting people returned to their place of origin. While others said, it took them two years to find a job only after someone refered them for the job.
I have travelled and lived in many places and have never ever heard of this type of culture or customs.
My intentions are to make others aware and hopefully save them from feeling defeated. Please note: There is nothing wrong with you , for those who are making the next right step its not you.
Now that you know the strategy must be reviewed and revised. I am from NewYork. I am looking to bridge the gap , so we can help each other win.
It doesnt matter where you are from.
We are all we have , until something better surfaces.
Thanks for joining me!
